1. Paid transactions are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record.
2. If paid report generation fails (text and/or image generation failure), the system requests an automatic refund.
3. If a customer enters an incorrect or unreachable email during checkout, resulting non-delivery is non-refundable.
4. Statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

2. 유료 리포트 생성이 실패한 경우(텍스트/이미지 생성 실패 포함), 시스템이 자동 환불을 요청합니다.
3. 결제 시 고객이 잘못된 이메일 주소를 입력해 발생한 미수신은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
4. 본 정책은 관련 법령의 강행규정상 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
