By using Makeping, you agree to these terms.
1. Service: Makeping provides a digital AI-powered character transformation service from user-provided photos and quiz selections.
2. Eligibility: This service is intended for users aged 16 or older. You must have legal capacity in your jurisdiction. If you are under local legal age, parental/guardian consent is required.
3. User Content: You may upload only photos you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your uploads.
4. Prohibited Use: No illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, sexual, or abusive content. No impersonation, fraud, or attempts to break system security.
5. Payments: Paid features are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). Billing, tax, and receipts are handled by Polar.
6. Refunds: Refund eligibility follows your published refund policy and applicable laws. Where required, statutory rights prevail.
6-1. Wrong Email Non-Refund: If a customer enters an incorrect or unreachable email at checkout, non-delivery caused by that input is non-refundable.
6-2. Automatic Refund on Report Failure: If the paid report generation fails (text and/or image generation failure), the system initiates an automatic refund.
7. IP: Makeping software and original assets are protected by law. You keep ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant Makeping a limited license to process them to provide the service.
8. Availability: Service may change, pause, or stop for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
