1. Data We Process: uploaded photos, selected answers, language/theme settings, and payment metadata needed for checkout.
2. Purpose: to deliver AI transformation results, operate the app, prevent abuse, and fulfill legal obligations.
3. Storage: local browser storage may keep UI settings and temporary photo cache for return-after-checkout flow. Server-side DB storage is not used unless separately announced.
4. Third Parties: Polar processes billing as Merchant of Record. OpenAI processes AI inference requests for image analysis/generation.
5. Retention: temporary data is retained only as needed for service delivery and legal/accounting obligations.
6. User Rights: depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction.
7. Children: this service is not targeted at children. If personal data of minors is processed without consent, contact us for deletion.
